Job Title - Sales Agent
Reports To – Team Leader
Skills Required - Tele sales / Outbound Calling

Roles and Responsibilities -
● Call Potential customers and engage with them
● Post Engagement, Convert these customers into paid customers
● Respond quickly to assigned leads
● Keep updated with the product offerings and process changes
● Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and asset by the company

Input Metrics/Daily Target -
● 9 hours Shift and 6 working days in a week
● Deliver 5 hours of connected talk time on a daily basis
● Achieving Sales Targets on a month-on-month basis
● Achieving Sales Targets on a month-on-month basis

Requirements -
● Any Graduate / PostGraduate
● Proven experience of atleast 6 monthsin Outbound Calling, TeleSales
● Pitching and dealing with clients/Persistent and results-oriented
● Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
● Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
● Immediate Joiners
● Have their own laptops and an active internet connection along with a working camera
● Video /Camera on is compulsory for training as well as interview rounds. International calling experience is must

Shift: Night Shift
9pm onwards
