Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, driven, and results-oriented IT Salesperson to
join our team on a commission-based structure. This role will focus on
identifying prospects, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with
clients in need of high-quality IT services. You will be selling Epiction’s
comprehensive portfolio of creative solutions, which include branding, product
development, web design, and web development services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients in need of creative design and IT services (branding, web design, product development, etc.).
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies for reaching target markets, expanding the customer base, and closing high-value deals.
- Client Meetings & Consultations: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and communicate the value of Epiction’s services.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients that showcase Epiction's services and demonstrate our capabilities.
- Negotiations & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal creative and development teams to ensure that client needs and expectations are met.
- Performance Reporting: Track sales progress, report on key performance indicators, and adjust strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in creative or evelopment services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the IT and digital service industry, including branding, web design/development, product development, and related services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-driven with a passion for sales and technology.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
- Commission-Based Pay Structure: High earning potential based on closed deals and client contracts with a base salary of 5,000 INR.
