Position: Customer Support Officer (CSO), Middle East and Africa

Gender: Female (highly preferred), male also
Work Location: Work from Home basis

Industry: Steel and Metal Industries Hiring partner: Recruitment Central

Package

Salary is around 35,000 to 45,000INR x 13 months + discretionary bonus and negotiable

Provident Fund: 12% on basic salary without ceiling

Mobile Allowance: 1,000 INR/month

Customer Service Officer (CSO), Middle East and Africa

Must to have requirements

1. Female (highly preferred), Male also works

2. Location (anywhere in India as Work From Home basis)

3. Bachelor’s in Business / Engineering / Economics (or directly related field)

4. 3+ Years’ Customer Service / Sales Support Experience in roles handling order processing, customer inquiries and bid/tender support

5. Steel or Metal, manufacturing industry background required

6. Fluent English & Strong Written Communication

7. MS Office Proficiency + Attention to Details For example, have advanced excel skills of VLOOKUP, pivot table, specific examples of data tracking, dashboards compilation and error reduction initiatives

Nice to have requirements

8. Experience of handling Procurement Platform

9. Cross Functional Coordination Examples (eg with Logistics, Finance, HR)

10. MENA/Africa market experience

11. Additional Language Skills (e.g. Arabic, French)
