Hotel Red Diamond  is a hotel dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Hotel Management Trainees to join our Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Front Office departments.

 Role Overview

As a Hotel Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on training across key operational areas of the hotel. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical skills, enhance customer service capabilities, and understand the day-to-day operations of a hospitality business.

 

Key Responsibilities Food & Beverage (F&B) Department

• Assist in taking orders and serving guests in restaurants, banquets, and bars.
• Learn about menu items, food pairing, and beverage service.
• Support in maintaining hygiene, table setup, and guest satisfaction.
• Kitchen (Culinary) 
• Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Learn plating, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Help in inventory checks and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Front Office 
• Greet and welcome guests at reception.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes.
• Assist with reservations, guest queries, and concierge services.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Hotel Management (or currently pursuing final year).

Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

Positive attitude, grooming standards, and willingness to learn.

Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
